Working places

Open and bright work places show our company culture. All our working places are set up ergonomically and according to the individual needs. Modern infrastructure and meeting areas complete the whole setting.

Training and education

Our training and education programme lasts for approx. half a year and consists of different trainings, department tours and feedback talks.

Working Hours

The weekly working hour is 42.5 hours, 8.5 hours per day, incl. 15 minutes coffee break in the morning and afternoon. Every department is available daily from 8 a.m. until 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. until 5.30 p.m. There is no block time, therefore the working hours can be planned flexibly.


We offer 25 days vacation, additionally one further day per full calendar year (until 5 days at a maximum). There is a possibility for unpaid holidays.


Employees receive every five years additional vacation or a bonus for their business affiliation.


Würth maintains an open communication. Besides frequent information meetings every employee also receives information from the intranet, employees newspaper and/or managing directors newsletter. Individual topics will be discussed at the half year or year end talks.


Excellent insurance protection. You will receive all details from our HR department.

You may choose from two different options.


Life long learning is part of our culture. Education and trainings are offered by our Würth Academy, internal workouts complete the understanding for the work of our colleagues and give you an overview of our activities.
